Purpose and Scope: 

The finance Intern will support the finance team by ensuring accurate revenue reconciliation, inventory tracking, and audit preparation. This role allows the intern to gain practical exposure to accounting practices, financial compliance, and data accuracy. The intern will work closely with the Branch Accountant to assist in maintaining financial integrity within the organization.

Scope of Work
  • Daily reconciliation of revenue received through various payment methods and medical centers, identify discrepancies, and prepare reports.
  • Support stock take, investigate stock variances, and update inventory records.
  • Gather and organize financial documentation to facilitate internal and external audits.
  • Assist in compiling revenue, inventory, and monthly financial summary reports 
  • Ensure financial records are accurate, complete, and compliant with company policies.Requirements.
  • Recently completed Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Finance, Accounting , Business Administration or a related field.
  • CPA certification is an added advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial reporting tools.
  • Previous hands on experience in finance-related tasks such as data entry, reconciliations, financial reporting, or auditing is an added advantage.
  • Strong team player with effective problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to analyze financial records, identify discrepancies, and suggest corrective actions.
